All of us at some point in our lives will experience trauma. That’s just part of being human. So how do we overcome it and live lives of fulfillment BECAUSE of it? Let me tell you how I did it.

Amber Bonasso is a skilled public and motivational speaker. She is available to speak to your event, non-profit, women’s events, corporate environment, and classroom on such topics as surviving trauma, interpersonal skills for the workplace environment, public speaking, expanding your world view, and Shakespeare. Please contact her for rates and details.

Amber is a great fan of Shakespeare having been able to act in many of the plays as well as teach the subject for multiple years. She has developed a unique curriculum for teaching Shakespeare. The course takes a look at why this particular writer has survived his own era to be produced around the world generation after generation. The course is particularly geared towards those who have had little or boring exposure to the plays. It employs the Socratic method to engage the listener with an understanding of the cannon, the world of the plays, and leans heavily on a critical thinking component that seeks to challenge the listener to contemplate the human condition, develop critical thinking, and articulate their thoughts with clarity, understanding and kindness. This course can be taught in seminars, workshops, or up to 16 weeks. Please contact her for more information.

Amber is really good at taking something like Shakespeare and breaking it down to where I can wrap my mind around it and why it is important to this time right now. Then she takes it a step further by teaching me the necessary skills to make my own voice heard. After taking her class the world feels bigger and I feel like I can make my mark in it. I definitely didn’t expect that from a Shakespeare class.
